CrunchJunkie full demo: AI visibility tracking and client reporting, on a real client
Summary
CrunchJunkie published a walkthrough of its own product running on a live agency account: pmax, a marketing agency in Mallorca, with no staged demo data. The video covers the workspace and connected sources, the AI Visibility overview, the prompts and the answers they returned, and the difference between a brand's domain being cited and the brand being named. It then covers a GEO audit of whether AI systems can read a site, and client report building with a Draft with AI feature.
The product does two jobs. It records what assistants including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode say about a brand, and it turns that tracking into client reports. The company says each figure is shown with its sample size and that it does not estimate AI search volume, since nobody has that data. The closing section covers query fanouts, whether a brand survives follow-up questions, links between AI referrals and conversions, and pricing that lets a customer use managed AI or their own keys.

Why it matters
The line between being cited and being named is where many brands lose ground in AI answers. An assistant can use a company's page as a source and still recommend a competitor by name, and a report that counts citations alone will call that a win. A tool that separates the two, shows the actual answer text, and tests whether a brand stays in the answer after a follow-up question shows an agency where recommendation is really lost. Its refusal to estimate AI search volume also matters, because invented demand figures are a common way AI visibility reports overstate what they know.

AIOTruth judgment
The item rates Supported because the claims in the video match the product's own changelog, documentation, homepage and free GEO audit page, which were all fetched and all describe the same features. Every one of those sources belongs to CrunchJunkie, so this is one company's account of its own tool, and AIOTruth has not reproduced the demonstration. Relevance scores 10 because tracking how assistants describe and cite a brand is the core subject here. Originality scores 9 for showing a real client account and for separating cited from named. Evidence scores 8, held back by the single-domain sourcing. Usefulness scores 7 because a product demo shows what one tool reports but does not teach a method that works without that tool.
How this score was calculated
| Dimension | Weight | Score | What produced it |
|---|---|---|---|
| AIO relevance | 30% | 10 | ai visibility, ai search, geo, ai overviews, ai mode; 4 scope question(s) matched |
| Usefulness | 30% | 7 | 1 artifact(s), 6 actionable marker(s), 1 measured figure(s) |
| Evidence | 25% | 8 | Reproducible first-party demonstration; 4 verified source(s) across 1 domain(s) |
| Originality | 15% | 9 | carries original testing or data; closest archive match 0.125 |
aioRelevance x 0.30 + usefulness x 0.30 + evidence x 0.25 + originality x 0.15. The rubric is published in full on the Editorial Method page. Scoring is deterministic: the same item scores the same on every run.
